Thank you for your interest in the Coldwell Banker Concierge program.

At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage we are committed to providing our customers with the finest service available.

The Coldwell Banker Concierge program offers a wide range of services that our customers need before, during and after the real estate transaction.

To join the program, there is a $99.00 annual fee. Also, we require up-to date copies of your insurance and bonding information.

To assist us in evaluating how your company might fit in to the Coldwell Banker Concierge program, please take a few minutes to complete the following steps:

1. Create a login and password and then use it to login to the online form.
   This step will create your new online document that can contain your mini-website.
   Save your login and password so you can manage you new website when your company is approved.
2. Answer the questions on the form.
   It is a multi-page wizard that will walk you through the process.
   Here is some of the information you will need:
   • Your company's contact person, their phone, cell phone and email
   • The names, addresses and telephone numbers of at least three customers as references
   • Your services and areas of delivery
3. Submit the form for review.
4. Once approved your new website will be turned on and you can enter "About Us" information.
